The Foundation

This 6-weeks service is designed for individuals who have been able to sustain behavioral or lifestyle changes for some time, but feel stuck, unmotivated and need a resolution. The Foundation service is customized to meet your needs based on self-directed goals and allows you to make positive deposits into your life while identifying reasons for being stuck in a specific situation and ways to overcome that feeling.

Your investment includes:
• Two 60 minutes virtual coaching sessions, in these sessions we will:
o Assess activities that trigger old habits and develop strategies for acknowledging, overcoming or co-existing with the triggers peacefully
o Revisit and refine relapse prevention plan
o Conduct activities to further reinforce behavioral change
• Develop a diary to self-monitor
• Identify small steps that can be taken to reach goals
• Weekly encouragement and reinforcement and 1 check in per week
