Through health coaching people can be healthier and remain so into old age, managing minor ailments themselves. They can also better manage, delay or even prevent the appearance of so-called ‘lifestyle’ diseases such as heart attacks, strokes, diabetes and many cancers.

In order to make health a lifestyle, Fit Tai Wellness Space aims to promulgate the following 6 Steps:

Regular moderate intensity physical movement significantly improves health, fitness and mood.

Water promotes cardiovascular health, keeps muscles and joints working, and helps cleanse toxins from your body

Healthy Eating

A healthful diet includes a variety of fruits and vegetables, whole grains and starches, good fats, and lean proteins

Get Rest

Getting enough sleep isn’t only about total hours of sleep. It’s important to get good quality sleep on a regular schedule so you feel rested

We were founded on the belief that health should not be synonymous with wealth. Our goal is to make the wellness industry accessible to all by offering services and products that are practical and versatile. 

Meet Coach Tai

Tai is a Dr. Sears Master Certified Health Coach. She is known for her ‘bubbly’ personality and lives in Brooklyn with her daughter. 

She founded Fit Tai because she felt that the wellness industry was dominated by opulence instead of ‘accessibility’. She has been working assiduously to show individuals that health should be prioritized in the young so that the old can reap the fruit of making good decisions through incorporating mindful movement and eating. 

She promulgate a lifestyle, not a status symbol. Fit Tai is a symbol of boldness, comfort and confidence.
